SOLD OUT! This is a five-part winemaking series designed exclusively for women. Through this series, you will get to witness the magic of fermenting locally grown Chambourcin grapes, experience the post fermentation process we call “racking” wine, and learn about the important step of filtration. You will also get the chance to determine the level of dryness or sweetness in your individual wine through an activity we call a “sugar trial”. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to bottle and label your very own 12 bottles of Rosé! We will finish the series off with a celebration in mid-November with food, wine, and fun.

The Women Winemaking Series will take place over five Saturdays (10am-1pm) between mid-September and mid-November.‍ ‍

#1 FERMENTATION: Saturday, September 5, 2026 10am-1pm

#2 RACKING: Saturday, September 26, 2026 10am-1pm

#3 FILTRATION/SUGAR TRIALS: Saturday, October 17, 2026 10am-1pm

#4 BOTTLING/LABELS: Saturday, November 7, 2026 10am-1pm

#5 CELEBRATION: Saturday, November 21, 2026 10am-1pm
